Rice Kheer (Rice Pudding)

Ingredients you will need:

Milk, rice, sugar, ghee, nuts and raisins
Process to make:
The first step to make a bowl of yummy kheer is to wash the rice well and keep it soaked aside for approximately 30 mins. After the rice has been soaked well, drain away the water.
Now take a pan and give ghee to it. As it starts to melt, add the washed rice to it and stir together for 5-7 minutes continuously. Lower the flame to medium and add the milk to it. Keep stirring constantly so that the dish doesnot get burned from below.

Check whether the quantity of milk is getting lowered and thickened when boiling.
Add sugar to it and boil the total thing for 6-7 minutes more till the quantity gets reduced to half with a thickened flavor.
Add nuts, raisins and other dry fruits to make it more tasty.
Cool it and your rice pudding is ready to be served as a sweet dish to make any party a sure hit at the end.
